Villa Bel Air is a stunning 6 bedroom villa located overlooking the Quinta do Lago golf course and manicured gardens. The villa is located within walking distance of the driving range and golf course. Quinta do Lago shopping with it's bars, restaurants and shops is a few minutes by car. This villa benefits from a large private swimming pool, cinema/games room, landscaped garden, WiFi and split air-conditioning units throughout. The villa is built over three levels. The ground floor leads to a large entrance hall with guest cloakroom. Doors lead to the state-of-the-art kitchen with all modern conveniences including American style fridge/freezer, coffee machine, hob, oven, toaster, microwave and central island. The kitchen also has a breakfast area. Doors from the kitchen lead to the outdoor food preparation area. The adjacent living room has plenty of comfortable seating and views over the pool and grounds. There is also a separate TV room with comfortable sofas. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. Stairs lead to the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three is the master bedroom with large double bed and en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath. Bedroom four has twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have private terraces with beautiful views over the pool and the Quinta do Lago estate beyond. Bedrooms five and six are in the lower level of the villa. Both bedrooms have natural light, twin beds and en-suite bathrooms. Also on this level is the games and cinema room. The games room has table tennis and patio doors leading to an outside terrace. The laundry room with washing machine/tumble dryer and iron is also located on this level. Outside there are many terraces surrounding the swimming pool to enjoy the sun or shade, pool can be heated against an extra charge. The pool deck is south facing with ample space. A barbeque and dining set is provided for alfresco dining. Rates include maid service and bathroom towels. Pool towels are provided for your convenience.
