This Riad is an incredible value, it's just wonderful;) 3500sq ft Just renovated by french interior designer, It’s in the perfect and safest location of the Medina (5 minute walk to El Fenn for rifting drinks, 10 minute walk to Royal Monsour and La Mamounia, 5 minutes walk to the wall of the Medina where taxis are located, and 10 minutes walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa).
On the ground floor: a beautiful dining room for 12 people with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen (privileged domain of Rita), A large living room opening onto an unheated outdoor swimming pool (1.60m deep).
On the ground floor is also a bedroom with its bathroom.
You can enjoy the tranquility of the patio and the coolness of the pool on hot summer days. (In winter, all living rooms are closed to keep warm with great air conditionner units and the patio will be covered for your comfort).
On the first floor, you can enjoy four bedrooms traditionally distributed around the patio. Each of them decorated with care and each benefiting from private bathrooms.
On the 2nd floor you will access the magnificent roof terrace not overlooked. you can relax in a huge shaded lounge. You can have your meals there most of the year (barbecue possible with Rita), summer kitchen.
Deckchairs and outdoor shower to bask among the olive trees, orange trees ... Total haven of peace.
The sixth bedroom is on the 2nd floor and opens onto the beautiful terrace, it also benefits from its private bathroom.
For arrivals by plane, our adorable driver Abdel can take care of transfers. The price is 200Dh for 7 people and 300Dh for the night shift (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.). Beyond that, you will need a second taxi (Abdel can take care of it for you). At the entrance of the Medina of the Carrossas can transport your suitcases to the Riad, for that count 30Dh for all the suitcases. To reserve absolutely in case of departure at dawn to respect the silence of the night.
During your stay, the ideal way to discover Marrakech is to walk.
However, taxis will take you wherever you want (count from 20dh to 100Dh depending on the distance). Abdel can also provide personalized support if you wish.
Once you have rented the Riad, it will be completely privatized for you and Rita, the house keeper, will be there to pamper you throughout your stay (rooms made up every day).
Regarding breakfasts, you can take it at the Riad, its price is 30Dh per person to be paid on site (tea, coffee, orange juice, pancakes or cakes, bread, butter and jam). A more generous breakfast at 50Dh is possible with the addition of yogurts, eggs and fruit salad.
For meals (lunch or dinner), Rita can prepare them for you, you will have to warn her 48 hours before because it's like at home! ... She will go shopping and cook for you :) It will cost you between 120DH and 150 Dh per person with starter, main course and dessert (165Dh for a couscous that requires a lot of work and ingredients) - Menu by email on request if you want a meal on the day of your arrival.
Rita will prepare your table as in a restaurant.
After your meal you should please put everything back in the kitchen and Rita will take care of the rest.
