This amazing vacation property is close to Lester beach, Grand beach and Victoria beach in summer, and offers direct access to great snowmobile and cross-country ski trails in winter! And don't forget about the world class ice fishing Lake Winnipeg offers!!
We are experienced rental hosts who have been welcoming guests to our properties for over seven years now. We love creating spaces that feel warm, welcoming and inclusive! This special place is no exception!
The Space
This year-round bungalow offers 2.3 acres of treed privacy and all the modern amenities for a comfortable vacation for the whole family. Close to Lester beach, Grand beach and Victoria beach in summer, and direct access to great snowmobile and cross country skiing trails in winter!!
The home offers a fully stocked chef's kitchen with double ovens, and separate butler's pantry with coffee bar and wine fridge.
The open concept living area includes a seating area with wood stove, dining table that seats eight and breakfast bar at the large island kitchen.
Sleeping arrangements include a master suite with king size bed and en-suite bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms (one with king bed and the other with twin over double bunks), and a separate full bath with tub/shower combination. Sofa bed in the living room converts into a queen size bed.
We offer Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a smart TV to watch all your streaming services, along with a selection of books, magazines, board games, puzzles and cards to enjoy.
After a day at the beach, enjoy a fire in the large, private backyard. We include ample firewood, all paper products, bed linen, luxury bath, and large beach towels for your convenience. The front deck has over a thousand square feet of lounge space, a BBQ, outdoor dining table and two umbrellas for your enjoyment.
Beach and water toys are available for the kids, along with a beach umbrella, two comfortable beach chairs for adults, beach mats and two boogie boards. We provide a handy wagon to load it all up for trips to the beach. Our rental guide contains everything you need to know about surrounding beaches, dining options, ATV, hiking and snowmobile trails in the area.
A bonus man cave in the triple attached garage (heated floors!) offers a fun space to watch the game on the big screen TV or hang with friends while playing darts, ping pong, foosball, crokinole or air hockey. We also provide a fish cleaning station with running water!
Need to check in with work? No problem. Free Wi-Fi and a desk equipped with printer/scanner/fax machine and access to a landline will keep you connected.
We are experienced rental hosts who have welcomed couples and families to our rental properties for 7 years now. We will welcome you with your favorite beverages, already chilled in the fridge to go along with some snacks.
This is a peaceful, family-oriented property, so if you are looking to play loud music or throw parties, please keep looking. No pets (sorry!). A rental screening questionnaire, rental agreement and damage deposit will apply to all rentals.
