Our apartment is ideal for singles, couples, and those who are traveling for business. Your minutes away from landmarks such as Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Atlanta Zoo, Mercedes-Benz Stadium and much more! Very convenient to getting around quickly in the city!

Unwind and relax on the comfortable queen beds both in the master and guest bedroom while watching your favorite program on the smart TV; numerous of programs to choose from. The master bathroom has a large glass shower. The guest bathroom has a standard bathroom both with toiletries and towels at your convenience. Enjoy the spacious walk in closets and unpack and make yourself at home!

Admire the colorful artwork throughout the apartment that we personally painted to create a comfortable and happy ambiance to the apartment.
Sit back on the luxurious sofa and watch your favorite program on the smart TV. The chic and stylish living space is an ideal luxury and comfortable feel where you can enjoy quiet moments on your own or with friends.

The kitchen area is spacious and equipped with everything you need to make cooking a breeze- including brand new stainless steel appliances. Amazon Alexa is also provided for your needs such as playing music or simply telling you about nearby restaurants, events and etc. The counter top offers plenty of room to prepare and enjoy meals. Also, the open space allows you to make socializing with guests and cooking enjoyable.

Please make yourself at home in the apartment but also respect the space and be considerate of our neighbors by keeping the noise at a minimum.
You are given one key fob for your stay keep track of it carefully. Any lost key will be a fee of $150.
This are some rules that we ask you to please follow:
>No Smoking (fee of $300 if smoking is detected inside the apartment)
>No Pets
>No more than 5 guests (extra guests will be $25 per night a person)
>No shoes on the rugs
>No photo or video shoots allowed
>Keep food within the kitchen and dining area
>Wash dishes and put all trash in our trash bins. Leave all used towels and rags in the laundry bins before you check-out we would really appreciate it!
