Positive: It’s a beautiful home.and location is beautiful.

Negative: House with advertising that 12 guests could be accommodated then you need furniture to go with this house. TV didn’t work (let alone theatre room not hooked up) and there was only half a couch upstairs. No extra chairs. Dining table was for 6. Kitchen is only stocked with tableware and cutlery. No real pots and pans so don’t plan to cook here.

Summary: If going to rent out then set up properly as a rental
