Casa Bella Mar is no mere beach vacation home ─ it’s a swoon-worthy venue for life’s most important moments; it’s a villa by the Gulf created to luxuriously host your loved ones and it’s the epitome of the coastal modern design trend. New construction, every inch of Casa Bella Mar is practically a photo-op. White shiplap walls, incredibly high ceilings, rare furnishings and original art combined with the sounds of the waves and Gulf views? Every day here is Bella.
Like anything truly outstanding, the details are everything. The first floor boasts a huge entertainment area with a pool table and wet bar which, via a long wall of glass sliders, opens up to the saltwater pool and spa deck. There, an outdoor kitchen gazebo features two grills (one is a ceramic egg) and various spaces to dine and lounge including a fire pit. The second floor encompasses the kitchen ─ a chef's dream! Double ovens, double dishwashers and a commercial side by side refrigerator/freezer all surround a large quartz island spanning almost twenty feet. The separate ice maker, pot filler, gas range and high-end appliances complete the professionalism.
The areas for entertaining continue as you take in the second living room adjacent to the kitchen, all of which opens to an incredibly spacious deck─ the ideal spot for an event with a Gulf View. Again, there is no shortage of seating and another grill rests in the northwest corner. Finally, you'll be absolutely wowed by the two primary suites with luxury bathrooms and kitchenettes on the third floor.
Above and beyond in each aspect, Casa Bella Mar also features two sets of washers/dryers, an elevator, a golf cart, along with entertainment options like an Xbox, smart TV's in each room, 6 beach chairs with 2 umbrellas at the Home for guest use, 4 bicycles and cornhole boards. The location is also phenomenal, .10 miles to the beach but still close to malls, golf courses and right next door to Hidden Dunes tennis center.
If you need more beach chairs and umbrellas you will have to provide them. The Home Owner's Association does not allow any beach service company to set up chairs and umbrellas on the beach.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
