Like a beautiful enchanting song of the sea, this luxury oceanfront villa Aria will create lasting memories of treasured time spent at the coast. Upscale amenities are fine-tuned for the most deserving of travelers: 11 bedrooms with private baths, seven are king main suites; doubled-up gourmet kitchen; outdoor pool, cabana and gazebo; indoor heated pool; hot tub; screened porch; game room; theater room; fitness room; arcade; elevator. Three living levels with large gathering areas. A unique location allows for an expansive view of the ocean.
This year-round-use home boasts a heated indoor pool serviced by a separate half bath. Large glass windows bring the blue sea inside. The outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by spacious decks, comfortable lounging furniture, and tables and chairs for outside dining. The hours of enjoyment are extended from the useful pool cabana, which offers a protected food prep area and beverage storage with a wet bar and countertops. The second-level gazebo has amazing views of the ocean and provides a peaceful area for reading a book and taking a nap.
The ground floor is home to the game room with foosball, poker, air hockey, and pool tables. The morning kitchen is a nice treat, offering a small refrigerator, counter, and cabinet space with a sink. The fitness room is equipped with workout machines and a TV. The arcade room offers games of all types, making time spent indoors much more fun. One out of two laundry rooms is located on the first floor (the second is on the third). The elevator services all three levels of Aria, allowing for easy mobility for everyone. Three bedroom suites have their own private full bath, and an additional half bath is located near the gym.
The second level, with its two-story glass alcove, has floor-to-ceiling views, creating the perfect backdrop for the spacious dining area with multiple tables to accommodate all 33 guests, as well as an incredible kitchen for the gourmet chef. Two of almost everything as well with all stainless steel appliances: two gas ranges, two dishwashers, and two refrigerators. Combine these with gorgeous granite counters, custom cabinetry, and a walk-in pantry to use for food and beverage storage. The adjoined screened porch adds an additional location for outside protected dining. The great room has a built-in electric fireplace as well as a large TV. The nearby theater room, with seating for 15, is an incredible place to enjoy family movie night or your favorite sporting event. Two bedroom suites each have a private bath with an additional hall half bath just outside the theater room. A large deck walks you directly onto the gazebo and overlooks the pool.
The third level has a central gathering area, also boasting a “morning kitchen” with a small refrigerator, counter space, and sink. The comfortable furnishings enhance the upper open atrium view, which is an oceanic masterpiece fit for kings and queens. The final six bedrooms all offer private baths and two have private ocean-facing decks. A third half hall bath as well as a second laundry room conveniently service this upper level.
