The fully equipped gourmet kitchen (the Galley) opens to an atrium-ceiling eating area with bar-height table and eight chairs. The living quarters feature a 50” flat-screen TV, leather couch and chairs, and a game corner with table and 6 chairs. Enjoy the built-in cabinet full of books, games and puzzles for all ages! The luxurious 3rd floor master suite - otherwise known as the Captain's Quarters - features a king bed and a spa-like bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub, and oversized shower with rain-head. Three additional bedrooms include the Admiral's quarters (1 queen), the Skipper's quarters (1 full bed with twin trundle), and the Pirate's Den, with it's stunning wall mural and set of 2 bunk beds (4 twins). Beautiful outdoor space includes 2 patios, gas grill, and outdoor games. Bonus room in the garage houses a ping-pong table, beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys & cooler. Two and one-half bathrooms (full bath both second and third floor, half bath on first floor). Also includes washer/dryer, air-conditioning, and off-street parking for 3 cars!. Come enjoy everything Cape Ann has to offer while enjoying luxury accommodations.
