This accommodation is perfectly situated on the central of Adelaide Central Business District close to all facilities and amenities and a secure locked up garage including on street parking are available too just incase you decide to drive.
This townhouse is fully furnished and equipped with washing machine, dryer, microwave, toaster, kitchen cutlery, sitting lounge, dining table and all beddings & linens and ducted reverse cycle air-conditioner for your convenience and comfort.
From the moment you enter the residence, your every need is catered for providing you and your guests a secure, comfortable and relaxed stay.
Access from the kitchen, lounge and dining area open out onto a private courtyard.
The property is situated within easy walking distance of bus stops, train stations and the tramline (30 seconds walk) providing convenient access and free tram ride within city tram loop to Adelaide Uni & Uni SA, Convention centre, Adelaide Entertainment centre, Rundle Mall and Adelaide showgrounds.
A short walk will find you towards Chinatown (central market area), local food joint and eateries. Aside from the well-equipped kitchen you will also be spoilt for choice with all types of dining experiences from fine dining through to family restaurants in Rundle Street, Gouger Street and Hindley Street which are within short stroll.
We also supply maps, dining directories and tourism brochures onsite for your convenience (if requested in advance).
This residence has 3 bedrooms which the main bedroom has an ensuite, built in robe, private balcony and furnished with a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a single bed. All bed and bath linen is supplied.
