Positive: The apartment is lovely and full of character, filled with books and art. I loved spending time there. There's a desk and the washing machine. It's pretty nicely located, with good restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk, and there are buses and metro as well. We had some day trips from Milano Centrale planned, and the location of the flat is ideal for that.
Negative: I think that the digital key system (you have to open the flat from the webpage on your phone) is unnecessarily complicated and adds a lot of faff because you have to have internet to enter the apartment. What's wrong with the plain old set of keys? The water temperature in the shower jumps between scalding and freezing, so showering isn't a relaxing experience if you're not used to contrast. They've provided three small plastic bottles of shampoo, but there was no hand soap, so we had to use this shampoo to wash our hands every time! It was super annoying. People are more likely to bring their own shampoo than their own hand soap. The kitchen was not stocked, no tea or coffee, and the cutlery was dirty. I thin
