This absolutely enormous 5-bedroom duplex apartment is set over 2 floors - ground and lower-ground level. The entire apartment is bright and spacious with high ceilings, natural light in every room, LED lighting throughout much of the apartment. The flat has hard flooring making the apartment feel even more light and spacious.
There are 5 double bedrooms - 3 of which are ensuite with super-modern showers. The 3 ensuite rooms are on the ground floor. Downstairs are the rest of the rooms including the other 2 double bedrooms (although these aren't ensuite) 4th bathroom (featuring a large bath and shower), a WC, utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, dining room, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is very large and has lots of nice features including two sinks, a large refrigerator and separate freezer, an enormous oven and gas hob, a coffee machine and everything else you would expect in a well-equipped kitchen.
The living room is huge and features LED and mood strip lighting, lamps, 3 double sofa beds and solid flooring ideal for entertaining. The room can also be rearranged into your very own cinema with its surround LED lighting and smart TV with access to all of your favourite TV shows and films. This room can also be arranged into a games room and entertainment space.
There is also a separate cinema room off the main hallway for watching your favourite films, series and more.
To the rear of the apartment is a large, well-maintained garden - a wonderful place to spend time on sunny days or even summer nights.
The apartment is situated in a wonderful location in the city centre yet feels secluded from the business of the streets. This is perhaps due to only one bedroom at the front and the rest of the rooms are either at the rear of the property and/or on the lower level - still with lots of natural light - and away from the hustle and bustle of being right in the city centre.
