Summary: No information about check in, WiFi, check out. They did answer everyone of my questions within a reasonable amount of time. Apartment supposed to sleep 4 but didn’t. Slept 3. Apartment noted for 4 people: only had 2 forks , no other utensils, 2 pillows , one blanket , 1 set of sheets, . 4 towels and wash cloths. One towel and 2 dish towels were dirty and had to be washed for us to use. The pool was the most important feature we needed. On day of arrival we were told with our checkin instructions there was no use of pool due to construction. Well totally disappointing . ( 3 kids between 7-10 who were mad. ) well 2 days later we learned that was not true and pool was open and beautiful . Better late than never. Oh the shower: handle stripped and very difficult to regulate water temperature. But first you have to pull so hard to turn on you would think you are pulling the shower out of the wall. No instructions for trash. The dishes I. The dishwasher were dirty. We had to hand wash other peoples bowels. I don’t know. Maybe they don’t know how this works. But I can say the owners answered all questions timely. I just got bad answers. We bought an air mattress and pump. Borrowed towels blankets and sheets from another family member. So. Look elsewhere.
