Summary: Great place and great location. Clean. The coffee you provide is great! The sofa needs replacing—it dips so low in the middle that it’s quite difficult to get up. I don’t think there are any springs left. And the bed—whoa! So rickety. The slightest movement made it rattle and squeak, and the mattress felt worn and lumpy. The bedroom has enough space for a king bed; I would recommend an upgrade. Lastly, given that I pointed out the inconsistencies in the pet fee, the customer service-forward gesture would have been to charge me the prior fee of 50.
