This beautiful home sits on the banks of the Rio Grande River. Enjoy a day of fly fishing on the longest section of Gold Medal waters in Colorado. Or, have a great ski vacation with your family at Wolf Creek ski resort only 17 miles away. Also some of Colorado's best off road 4 x 4, ATV, & Groomed Snowmobile trails just minutes away. The stunning three stories of open floor plan make this home one of the most unique vacation rentals in Southern Colorado. The main level features a fully stocked kitchen complete with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice maker, dining room area & large sitting area with T.V. The Master bedroom is on this level with a private bath complete with a Jacuzzi tub & walk in shower. There's also a half bath, washer & dryer. The over-sized deck has a gas grill perfect for entertaining while watching the river surrounded by 8200 feet of stunning mountain views. Plenty of space for the adults and children to play with one floor dedicated for the younger bunch. A hang out zone featuring a Foosball table, Air hockey, wet bar, game table, T.V. and a half bath. A large bedroom with private bath and a full size bunk bed & pullout futon in the common area for the kiddos. A third floor loft is light and bright for for an afternoon nap or a quiet spot to enjoy a good book. This floor features two private bedrooms, one full size bath, another queen size bed in the loft, a pullout futon & sitting table.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay there. Beautiful house and river. The only thing we found was that it was not as clean as we expected. Found pet hair in beds and bathroom towels and couches. We didn’t have pets, and we read that there was an extra charge for pets, so we assumed it would be extra cleaned after a pet stay. Middle level kitchen counters could have been cleaner as well. But all in all we enjoyed staying there.
