Stand and enjoy or continue to your left and enter the living room with 22-foot high ceilings. For the gourmet cook the kitchen is steps before your entrance into the living area. The kitchen and its stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, comes completely stocked with any and all utensils you will need for the Gourmet Chef in you, or the Gourmet Chef you hire. The open floor plan allows you to enjoy views to the Gulf of Mexico, oversee Family and Friends enjoying the living and dining room area, all next to the kitchen. Every room, every location is equipped with a Sonos Central Sound System tied in with Pandora app. this provides music that you can control with your tablet or cell phone app. Open the Sliding Glass doors from the dining room or living room and step out to the covered deck for the first closer inspection of the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico, and the pool area below,you will not believe the beauty of your first sunset. Return to the travertine front entry way and go right towards a short hall way. The second door on your left is the first of five unbelievable bedrooms, all with in suite bathrooms. This is the Tommy Bahama bedroom with Queen size bed and your own private bathroom and TV to watch the channels you choose. Stepping out of the Tommy Bahama bedroom turn left and you will see the second bedroom called The Mermaid bedroom. Once inside you will be amazed with the view to the east and the possibility of fantastic sunrise's. Queen size bed and a Queen size sleeper sofa(that really is good enough to sleep on). TV located for you to lounge in bed enjoying your show or movie of choice. Stepping out of The Mermaid bedroom, you are looking west and an awe inspiring view of the Gulf of Mexico. Down the short hallway to your left is the powder bathroom which is adjacent to kitchen, living & dining area. Now you are ready to travel to the third floor an see what beauty awaits you. Take the elegant spiral staircase or glass elevator, (decisions-decisions) what ever you decide the trip is worth taking. At the top of the landing turn right and you will see Captiva Island Master Suite, ( third of five bedrooms)with Gulf of Mexico views from balcony or office desk. King size four poster bed, entertainment center, TV with all your relaxing channels for pleasure or business channels for the Executive that never quite is on Holiday. Wet bar for that late night romantic nightcap to end the perfect day at La Playa Casa Bonita. Master Bathroom with frameless glass shower that you can enter from two sides. Separate sinks and dressing area with space that you will not know your Spouse or Husband is there. Leaving the comfort & elegance of Captiva Island Master Suite, a short walk past circular stairs & elevator take the door to your right and step out onto the expansive balcony with easterly views for that early morning sunrise and the first cup of coffee or bloody Mary or mimosa to start the day. Step inside and to your right is Sanibel Island bedroom(fourth of five bedrooms). Sunrise views to the east, in suite bathroom and your private TV with your choice of channels and entertainment.
Are you ready for the fourth and final floor??? We may have saved the best for last. Take the spiral staircase or glass door elevator to game room and the Casablanca Bedroom Suite(fifth bedroom of five bedrooms). To the right of spiral stairs case/elevator is the Casablanca Bedroom Suite. Step out onto the balcony to a view that will take your breath away. Entertainment center with TV for your private channel selection and enjoyment. Now that we have done the five bedroom tour, lets take the elevator (spiral staircase will get you there also) but I don't want you out of breath from inspiring views on your way down to the Key West Style-Tika Bar. The two car garage has been transformed in to a unbelievable game room with with ping pong, darts, poker/bumper pool table. The antique sailing sloop sign, lobster traps, traffic light just to name a few of the beautiful area for you and your Family to enjoy.The four floor elevator ride is both enjoyable and relaxing because the view from the glass enclosed elevator is of shear beauty and luxury. Step out and you are facing the signature quality and elegance of La Playa Casa Bonita-Key West Tikka Bar. The Owner's have put their heart and soul into furnishing this one of kind masterpiece. Enjoy all of the beautiful items adorning every wall, but be sure to notice the photos behind the bar of this Families beginnings in Southern Illinois. The hardest decision you will have to make is(WHO IS THE DESIGNATED BAR TENDER). Once that is decided step through the glass French doors to the patio featuring a heated pool and spa and expansive outdoor eating area, all which overlook the beach. You will be amazed at the wooden antique kayak being displayed under the covered sitting area around the pool and spa. This teak wood kayak has served as the lead kayak in the annual Naples boat Festival. Just another example of the attention to detail for your ultimate luxury vacation. Coming off the beach you can use the heated outdoor shower, but equally important is the pool bath with Caribbean style bamboo door off of the Tiki Bar. The décor and decorations will make you think you are on a Caribbean Island, not on Little Hickory Island in Bonita Beach, Florida.
