New for the 2025–2026 season, The Lakehouse at Cedar View offers a stunning, spacious, and well-appointed lakefront escape on Norris Lake. This six-bedroom, six-bathroom property is ideal for large families or multiple groups traveling together. With a separate guest house and a golf cart included for easy access to the private dock, this home is thoughtfully designed to provide both shared spaces for gathering and private areas for quiet relaxation.
During peak season, from Memorial Day through mid-August, the home requires a seven-night rental from Saturday to Saturday. During the off-season, a four-night minimum stay is required.
The main house welcomes you with soaring cathedral ceilings and panoramic lake views. The entry level features two large living areas, one with a queen pull-out sofa. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with high-end appliances, granite countertops, a pantry, and a built-in ice maker. There is seating for four at the island and eight at the dining table. Just off the kitchen is a half bath and laundry area. Step outside onto the expansive main-level deck to find two dining areas, lounge seating, a grill, and a Blackstone griddle—all with lake views.
On the lower level, guests can enjoy a large entertainment area with a pool table, card table, and wet bar that includes an additional refrigerator and freezer. This level also features a dedicated bunk room with three full-size beds, sleeping up to six children comfortably. Two additional king bedrooms are located on this floor: one with an en suite bathroom, and the other with a full bath located just outside the room.
