Welcome to Peach House, A 5 Bedroom 3 Bath corner lot house located right next to I-70 and just 10 minutes from Downtown Denver! This house is perfect for bachelorettes, retreats, or girls weekends!
The modern and luxurious design includes:

As you enter Peach house you will be greeted with a large open light fulled kitchen and dining area boasting a large 12 person table allowing everyone to be able to eat together! The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and cookware that you should need to be able to cook up a big meal!
On the top floor you will have a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, along with 2 additional bedrooms all equipped with king beds for your comfort! As you make your way through the kitchen to the living room you will will have a large sofa with 2 hanging egg chairs making it an excellent area to gather around, the room is also equipped with a 65 inch tv.
As you make your way downstairs you will see we have a large "getting ready" area including several chairs and a vanity mirror to ensure everyone has space. Adjacent to the room there is the bunk room which has 4 full sized beds! Down the hall we will have our final bedroom with a Queen sized bed and an additional bathroom downstairs. Between the bunk room and the final bedroom there is a large movie and game room equipped with a large comfy sofa and a 75 inch TV so you can cozy up in the winter with all your friends!
The final area. of the house, the backyard is a dream! Fully fenced and private, we have a wood barrel hot tub, a large dining table and lounge couch! Making it the perfect area to hang out under the stars!
We are certain this will make for the best experience if you have a large group that you want to come visit Denver with! Being so close to downtown and the mountains you will be able to enjoy all of what Denver has to offer!

Summary: Great, newly remodeled home. Centrally located to many activities. Nice neighborhood with many dining options and close to grocery store. Owner so accommodating and helpful. Off street parking and garage. The backyard was so much fun with seating area, outdoor dining table and hot tub. Enjoyed the tennis courts and park across the street. House was super clean and set up well for our group of 8. Would definitely stay again.
