Summary: This house is in a well groomed neighborhood. We enjoyed our short time in Dallas, and house was close to everything. House layout was great plenty of room to sit and socialize in. Loved that all the TV's worked in every room. We choose this house out of several in the area because of the pool table. The pool table is not positioned properly making it very difficult to take shots due to the pool table to close to the walls. Only 1 pool cue was good enough to use. The small 3' cue that they had for shots along that wall where you couldn't take shots had a missing cue tip. We decided not to play pool because of this.
