This property is also steps from Frankford Ave and plenty of amazing bars, dog parks and restaurants. Suraya, Mulherin & Sons, Pizzeria Beddia, Good Spoon, LMNO, Garage, Joes Steaks, Frankford Hall, Philly Style Bagels, Steep and Grind, Evil Genius Brewery and much more are a 5-10 minute walk away. Close proximity transportation to is a great feature to this home. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Berks St Market El subway station making it very easy to get into Center City or West Philly.

The 3rd floor is dedicated to the Master Suite. The huge bathroom has 2 shower heads in the gigantic stand up shower, a soak tub and dual sinks. The closet space is unreal. The large main bedroom has natural light and comes with a King size bed with comfortable linens and pillows.
Entertainment - WiFi, High-Definition Roku TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ pre-installed. Please note - access to these streaming services are not provided, you will have to log-in using your own account.
Laundry - Washer and dryer are located in the unit with tide pods, bleach, and dryer sheets provided.
