Belle Donne Apartment is designed on a grand scale on two levels and lies on the fourth floor of an antique building with an elevator along VIA DELLE BELLE DONNE, just next to Pizza Santa Maria Novella (and so within a 5 mins walk away from the train station).Tastefully renovated and furnished with sophisticated design pieces, it can accommodate up to 6 people and has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The entrance opens onto the bright living room, which has a decorative fireplace and a large flat-screen TV with international channels. In the dining area, you'll find a large dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is also on this floor and has gas burners, a microwave, an electric oven, a blender, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, an American coffee maker, an espresso coffee maker, and all the necessary equipment for cooking. Close to the kitchen, you'll find the laundry area with a washing machine and a line to hang clothes. Also on this level is the first bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a built-in shower and another master bedroom with a king-size bed (width 170 cm) with its bathroom with shower. Returning to the dining area you'll find a white spiral staircase that leads to the third bedroom with two twin beds and its ensuite bathroom that has both a bathtub and a shower.The apartment is fully air-conditioned and it is provided with the most reliable wifi connection provided by the national phone company.The check-in is from 3 pm to 8 pm. We are sorry but later check-in is not possible. ParkingFlorence city centre is a ZTL zone which means a “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras, and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact one of the private garages in the centre (the one nearest the apartment you are staying in) and obtain a temporary access permit.
