This beautiful, immaculately clean, 3 bedroom townhome is situated within a gorgeous neighborhood just minutes from the Keystone Village. With 2 living spaces, a large kitchen and 3 bedrooms, there will be ample room for your group to spread out and enjoy the space. Just steps outside the back of the home is the Snake River Trail, a 6.2 mile paved trail, open year round that, winds through the scenic Rocky Mountains. Along this trail you can take about a 7 minute walk to the Keystone Village, which hosts restaurants and shopping. The Keystone Ski Resort is minutes by car or you have access to a free shuttle just steps outside the home to transport to and from the Village Center. Lake Dillon is one of Summit County’s biggest draws, encompassing around 3,233 surface acres of water and a shoreline of nearly 27 miles, is just a 10 minute drive. Activities at the lake include biking, hiking, boating, paddle boarding and fishing. The towns of Dillon and Frisco are a short drive away for access to more wonderful restaurants, shopping and a host of other fun activities.

Summary: Property was wonderful! Amenities were great and set up perfectly for us and our two adult kids. Master bedroom upstairs and family room and two bedrooms and a bath downstairs gave everyone their own space. Sarah was very responsive to any questions or issues we had before and throughout our stay. The pool was a short walk/drive away and was perfect to cool off after a day hiking. Walking trials right off the house were a nice addition. The location gave us easy access to nearby towns, and the resort itself was mostly open in summer with shopping, restaurants and bars within walking distance.
