Welcome to your luxurious, open concept, ranch style walk out vacation home. This is an ideal home for families with older children looking to relax and enjoy the sites and activities that Colorado has to offer. This professionally decorated 4000 sq/ft 5 bedroom, 4 bath home, air conditioned home is nestled in at the end of a private cul-de-sac , with breath taking views of the Front Range, Lake Woodmoor and Pikes Peak, yet moments to the highway and every comfort. It is conveniently located, just a short drive to many local venues, shopping, sightseeing and of course Air Force Academy, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, The Broadmoor, Manitou Springs and much more.
The main level consists of the Living Room in the round, with a stone gas fireplace, Dining Room, Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths. The fully equipped kitchen features double ovens and stainless steel appliances,. The deck off the kitchen has a gas BBQ grill and patio table for outdoor dining, while taking in the beautiful views. Large Master Bedroom, with gorgeous views, also opens onto deck. Relax in a free standing bathtub, separate shower, double vanity, in 5 piece spa-like Master Bath.
A perfect way to end a full day of fun is on the expansive lower level, which includes a Huge Great room with stone gas fireplace, full size pool table, Wii gaming systems, wet bar and game table with games galore. Enjoy your favorite movies on the Sony 50” HDTV and DVD player. Just off the Great Room is a covered outdoor patio with comfortable seating, perfect for watching the sun set over the mountains. 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 baths complete the lower level. This home is not intended to be used for events or large parties. So sorry!

Summary: We had such a relaxing time and cooking was easy and fun in this kitchen. Plenty of room to have friends over for dinner. The seating areas for visiting or watching TV and playing pool were perfect. Everything is beautifully decorated and super organized. It was a great place to spend USAFA Parents Weekend.
