The house is located in an incredible, private and discreet slopeside location in Fayston, VT. It is just a short walk or ski to the lifts at Sugarbush Resort's Mt. Ellen Peak. Skiing, hiking, biking, nature walks and mountain adventures are readily available from this property.
The house is at the end of the uppermost switchback on Fiddlehead Road. There is nothing at higher elevation at Mount Ellen. Very close to GMVS and Mad River Glen as well.

This space is curated for an exceptional experience. Your hosts are able to coordinate anything that you might need during your stay.
This is a slopeside property adjacent to the Inverness Lift at Mount Ellen. Intermediate and advanced skiers can ski to the mountain and typically do ski down from the house. (The house is above the base area, so you can ski down, but must hike back up.) We have a steam shower and a soaking tub with mountain views, and a large farmers porch and screened porch for warmer days. Sunrises are unparalleled and direct line of sight for lifts enable you to know exactly when the lifts start turning.
The home gym includes a Peloton, treadmill and SmartTV.
For those families who aren't all into skiing 100% of their outdoor time, we also have miles of snowshoeing trails of varying levels of difficulty (pitch) behind the house and we do have a totally sick sledding hill, which is a huge plus for kids (and some adults).
A vehicle is necessary, front or all wheel drive is a necessity in the winter months. Please be very careful in the driveway of this facility.
