The pool area is perfect for children to play in. However, please supervise them at all times.
★ MAINTENANCE SERVICES★
Please note that we have weekly pool maintenance, landscaping, and general maintenance workers who may need access to the home/pool area. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services. There is no daily cleaning service.
★ QUIET HOURS ★
We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am (city ordinance). During this period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed.

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, balcony, hot tub, and free Wi-Fi, parking (limited to 2 cars), coffee maker, washer (in common space), and dryer (in common space).

Please refrain from sending your item by a delivery to our mailbox or by mail. Should your inbound item was posted directly into our mailbox, we cannot compensate for the possible damage or loss which could occur under the circumstance. We kindly ask for your understanding.
If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.
2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
