Lovely view home located in the prestigious Arbutus neighborhood on the westside of Vancouver. This fully furnished home offers breath-taking views of downtown Vancouver and the majestic mountains. Located just minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Vancouver, Downtown, and the University of British Columbia, this house is perfectly situated to explore everything this vibrant city has to offer. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and entertainment, this home is prefect for families visiting Vancouver looking for a quiet yet convenient location.
Features hardwood flooring, 9’ ceilings on main, central A/C, radiant heat, and lots of natural light. 2700 square feet over two levels with 4-bedrooms, 3 full baths, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with extra large fridge, induction stove, double ovens and dishwasher. Dining area with large table for 8, cozy family room with a 65” TV and surround sound, large fully fenced/gated backyard with patio areas, and private driveway for 3 cars.
3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 on the main floor. The master bedroom boasts sweeping views of Vancouver’s skyline, a king size bed, 55” TV, sitting area with a queen sofa bed, double closets and a large ensuite bathroom with a modern free standing tub and large shower stall. Second bedroom upstairs has a large closet, TV and can either be set up with a king size bed or 2 twin beds. Third bedroom upstairs has a small built-in closet, 6 drawer chests and a 2 drawer wardrobe, large bookshelf and a twin size trundle bed. The main floor bedroom/den has a large desk, cabinet and twin size trundle bed.
