It's a lovely spacious elegantly updated townhouse style condo on the water. Featuring, a private boat slip and many property amenities such as, a fish cleaning station, 3 swimming pools and a tennis court.
Downstairs offers an open living, dining and kitchen area that has an oversize island countertop. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen items. Just bring your own food and drinks!
The living room, opens up to spacious outdoor deck with a retractable awning. Also located downstairs is a queen bedroom and bathroom with a oversize walk-in shower.
Upstairs features the master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Double vanities and tub shower combo. The master bedroom also has is own private deck, is very spacious with a twin bed as well with a king bed. The third bedroom is a loft style with a queen bed. The laundry room is located upstairs.
No Pets

Summary: We loved the location of the condo and its perfect if you have a boat. Kayak..swim..or sit out on the lovely patio. Within walking dustance of many restaurants. Property was clean and had all the amenties you would need would definitely stay again.
