Positive: Spacious apartment with ground floor balcony. Nicely furnished. Enough parking space around the house. Friendly owner. Very quiet place.
Negative: Small mosquitos coming apparently from the nearby creek, need to get rid of them every evening. A bit away from the beaches or promenade.
