The apartment is suitable for a couples or for a single travelers. It is very cozy and 2 floor comfortable space, fully designed and furnished by me. Kitchen includes fridge, stove, microwave and all necessary cutlery to prepare and enjoy your food.
The 1st bathroom consists of a shower, tub, sink and flushable toilet. It sleeps up to 5 people. 2 queen beds and a single bed are available. Sheets, blankets and linen is included. It is always clean, disinfected and prepared with all amenities for the guests to enjoy their stay and to feel comfortable. Do not miss out on this Saint Louis Hill's landmark. This is an awesome penthouse right next door to Willmore Park( there is a dog park there) and walking distance away from Francis park. Penthouse has an open floor plan with 2 floors, a work space, family room on both floors, full bar, 3 bedrooms and one and a half bath. Downtown is about a 10/15 minute drive. Food places in area include Salt and Smoke, Donut Drive In, Mom's Deli, Legrands, Rockwell Beer Garden in Francis park and much more
