Location!!! Close to two beaches, Downtown Charleston, Daniel Island, and only a couple of minutes to the many shopping, dinning, and entertainment options in and around Mount Pleasant’s Town Center! All within in a quiet neighborhood.
This home provides great privacy. The gated courtyard has a privacy fence, and can only been seen by residents in the house. Beautiful vegetation and a great deal of distance separates the master bedroom windows from view of other residences in adjoining neighborhood.
There are also opportunities to socialize! This neighborhood has positive energy, with friendly neighbors out and about on walks.
The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, farmers sink, pantry, stone countertops, and new cabinetry with soft close drawers. There is a separate laundry room, dining and living area.
The Master Bedroom has a dressing area, separated by sliding doors, which has a vanity with a sink and soft close drawers. The dressing area also attaches to full bath and walk-in closet.
Two parking spots are assigned to the residence, and landscaping is maintained weekly.
