Welcome to our 1 Bed 1 Bath home. Located within a mile of Little Sturgeon Bay. The property sits on 1 acre of beautiful country views. 1/2 a mile to Alexander's Cherry Orchard, Rouvers Roadhouse, Stevenson pier mini mart. Only 15 min from downtown Sturgeon Bay. 5 minutes to Wave Point Marina and the county boat launch. 10 minutes to Potawatomi State Park. Enjoy the many benefits of this quiet area. The space

Thanks for viewing our home. Upon entering, you will notice the tall ceilings and open concept kitchen. The kitchen combined with the living room area offers a large space to relax and entertain. The kitchen offers all the basic necessities, including a fridge/freezer, hot plate, toaster oven with built-in griddle and coffee maker, and microwave. There is no oven. The living room has a TV with access to streaming service. It also has a sleeper sofa with a queen pull out mattress. Turning down the hallway from the kitchen, you will pass by the bathroom and walk into a large bedroom with a comfy firm King sized Bed where you will enjoy a quiet nights rest. In the bathroom, there is a stand-up shower, toilet, sink, and washer/drier. We do have Wifi, but it can be inconsistent at times due to the country setting. Outside, you will notice two chairs and a small fire pit for relaxing as well as a small gas grill right outside your door at the top of the stairs. There will be (2) bikes available for use located underneath the stairwell for guests to use. We hope you consider us for your next stay in Door County!
