If you want a little space of your own in downtown Bend, this is it...just a block to McMenamins, a couple blocks to Drake Park, the Stihl, Tower Theater and all the great shops and eats in downtown Bend! If you want to explore the pocket neighborhoods on the westside, feel free to walk or roll on one of the provided cruiser bikes. Those neighborhoods (Old Mill, Galveston Ave and Newport Ave) are all so close. Little Lava's Walk Score® is an 86!

The Little Lava Cottage is in downtown Bend! Walk or ride one of the provided cruisers everywhere! Located in a quiet residential portion of downtown, you will have the best of quiet urban downtown living! This is a whole house! No shared walls, it's entirely yours to enjoy. Bamboo floors, concrete counters, and even a full kitchen for cooking! Petite but powerful, you'll find modern appliances and lots of cooking tools. Little Lava offers a comfy king bed with high thread count linens, small front yard and a BBQ too!
HEATING & COOLING
This tiny home has an electric fireplace and a mini split heat pump and A/C to keep you comfortable year round!
SLEEPING ARRANGMENTS
The Little Lava Cottage is the ideal tiny home with everything you will need and more! There is a king bed with topper, high thread count sheets and down duvet, plus a small love-seat for lounging in the mini living room. Enjoy a movie on the smart TV by the fireplace, followed by a good nights rest! The bathroom is clean and modern. You'll find a comfortable stall shower (no tub) stocked with earth friendly soaps and shampoos. No laundry facilities here but there is laundry nearby in downtown if you need them. Please request the Pack & Play and high chair when you reserve and we can deliver then to the home for you.
OUTDOOR SPACES
Outside you'll find a private front yard gated with a BBQ and supplied propane. There a small patio table to enjoy your summer meals, and a locked storage shed to store your gear year-round! You'll also find 2 cruiser bikes and helmets in the shed for your use. Please bring your helmet for the perfect fit.
** This is a quiet residential neighborhood! A Stone's Throw Bungalow homes are not appropriate for noisy groups and quiet hours are enforced after 10pm **
PARKING
You will have your own private driveway for 1 vehicle. There is also plenty of on-street parking in front of the home.

Free wifi (speed test on a mobile phone is 172.7Mbps/5.1Mbps) and Bendbroadband cable provided. Smart TV as well so you can stream your favorite channels.
PET FRIENDLY
