The cottage has upside down accomodation with three ground floor bedrooms, which are made up of a two doubles and a twin as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a first floor kitchen with dining area and a first floor sitting room with dining area. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for three cars and a front enclosed patio courtyard. There is also an elevated enclosed wrap-around decked garden with furniture. Little Farthings is a lovely property to enjoy beautiful Exmoor at any time of the year.
