5 Bedroom House in Oak Cliff, Dallas
Please read: This house is currently at a really low rate because the outside of the house is getting worked. We have remodeled the entire home and is ready to live in from the outside but we are waiting on permits to finish the outside. We are going to be adding a pool and redoing the front driveway. Unfortunately, the city of Dallas is taking a long time for permits to get approved so we are moving forward and opening just the inside of the home which is 100% finished as you see in pics. Enjoy

Three House rules -
1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.
2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).
3. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM
