Positive: Facilities were excellent and Giovanni (the host) was superb throughout our 3week stay. He was easily contactable via WhatsApp and he responded quickly to any minor requests we had. We would recommend Lily Apartments to anyone wanting a central location in Palermo Old Town and we will definitely stay here again when we visit Palermo. The apartment is at the edge of the Ballerò street market. Close to Quattro Canti the centre of the old town and Via Maqueda (the main tourist street). All the Key Tourist spots are close at hand and a visit to the port & marina is just a 15minute walk! The central train station is 15min walk away too. We got a taxi in from the airport (€70) but next time we’ll get the train into central station (€7 approx) and then a short taxi ride to the apartment. Thank you Giovanni for a wonderful holiday.
