LAY-OUT
Single level home. Living area with lounges, TV area wood fire. Adjacent to the lounge and kitchen is a study and reading nook. Full functioning family kitchen opens up outdoor covered back deck and cubby house in the side garden. The deck stretches out along side the house and lounge room with pool area located at the front end.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer and wine fridge.
Down the hallway are the bedrooms. Bedroom 2 and 3 share the main bathroom with vanity, separate toilet, shower and bathtub. Bedroom 1 and bedroom 4 share the ensuite which is a 2-way bathroom, accessible from the master bedroom and the rumpus room (aka bedroom 4).
The converted garage rumpus room features a second TV, lounge area for children
Linen is provided, Your beds are made, no need to do chores upon arrival, all you need to do is rock up and enjoy yourselves. Please bring your own beach towels.
