Welcome to Lighthouse Livin! Get ready to take in some amazing views of Lake Norman from this 5-bedroom, 4 full bath home less than 5 miles from Lake Norman State Park - ideal for a group of up to 16 people! This house is all about entertaining and is the ideal place to reconnect with family and friends while enjoying all that the greater Lake Norman area has to offer! On the main floor you'll enjoy the large open kitchen/dining/living space with amazing views and electric fireplace. Rainy day or ready for some down time - head down to the oversized theatre room and enjoy our huge, SMART TV with plenty of comfortable seating! One of the coolest features you'll find - head all the way to the top and take in amazing views of the lake from the lighthouse office space!
This thoughtfully furnished property features 8 Smart TVs, a well stocked kitchen, hot tub, 2 Paddleboards, peloton bike, fire pit (firewood provided) and a private dock with jet ski lifts. The lakeside outdoor area is set-up for entertaining - great seeing off of the main level and then a large outdoor grill area (propane based grill) with a pergola to knock down some of that hot summer sun!
