Miramar Beach Villa 101 is a stunning 4BR, 4BA townhome located steps from beautiful Miramar Beach. This spacious unit boasts partial gulf views and pool views, balcony access from all 3 floors, and sleeps 14 guests comfortably. As an added bonus, all bedrooms have balcony or patio access! On the 1st floor, there is a warm and inviting living space complete with a fireplace, updated kitchen, and dining area. There is also a master suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony. On the 2nd floor, you will find a guest bedroom with 2 queen beds and a full bath, a second guest room with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, and a twin over twin bunk bed in the hallway. The third floor has a guest bedroom with two queen beds. With beach access across the street, a great community pool, and flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms, this Miramar Beach Villa will make your next vacation one to remember!

Summary: We enjoyed our time so much in this villa. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds and bedrooms were great as well! We had 4 teenagers and they were each able to have their own beds. Having 3 floors was great for some separation. Loved how close to the pool we were and that we had private beach access. Nothing was ever crowded. Will definitely consider staying again next year and recommend to our friends and family.
