Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and parking was safe and secure. The man who ran the hotel was really helpful and welcoming, showing us around, He also booked us a table at an Italian restaurant in the town. Which, incidently was fabulous. The hotel was spotlessly clean, almost appearing unused. Floors and rooms were colour coded.

Negative: There are only a couple of dislikes really. First off, we were the only people staying there that night but were given a room on the third floor with no lift available. But the main thing was the breakfast which was more than minimal. There was very little choice and most of it was served to our table. Coffee poured into a bowl and we had to ask for milk. A small glass of orange juice poured for us before being taken away. A small basket of bread supplied. On the side was two types of cereal not very inviting, no extra bowls and no milk provided. A couple of items of fruit. Without doubt the worst breakast we have come across when offered.

Summary: Enjoyable stay and the man there was very welcoming but the breakfast left us wanting
