Summary: Staff so polite and friendly and all rooms spotless , Breakfast was excellent ! And was given a free upgrade on room . Rooms so cosy and tea coffee facilities with kettle and fridge in room . Fantastic value for the area it is in and would thoroughly recommend this hotel .
