Positive: Almost everything , initially booked for two days but stayed there for around two weeks because of the hospitality of owner, staff and comfort level . V close to beach, 7/11 and Mr. DIY shop( cheapest prices). Awesome common area to sit, chat and relax. Felt like home away from home.... My best wishes to them
