Positive: This super-cute and bright apartment has everything you need as a solo traveller, small family or couple. There is one queen bed, a full kitchen with hotplate and microwave oven, a washer and dryer, air conditioning, small desk/table and two chairs. It has cooking implements, plates and cups, cutlery etc. The wifi was good. It is well-located at 7 min walk from the monorail and close to several bus routes and convenience stores, as well as walking distance to Naha Main Place as well as the Prefectural Museum and Art Gallery. The price was good and it's a near-perfect tiny apartment.
Negative: The chairs were cute but not that practical. This room was tiny by Western standards (the whole thing is about 10' x 15'), but a pretty standard 1LDK in Japan. You can store your suitcases under the bed easily, but otherwise there's not much storage or places to hang clothes. There is no elevator on the property. Did someone steal the iron? There's an ironing board, but I couldn't find the iron.
