Positive: The apartment was exactly as viewed online and we were not disappointed. It is spacious, comfortable and well appointed. It is tastefully decorated in neutral tones and the selection of wall decoration is very in keeping with the colour palette. The master bedroom is the smallest of the three bedrooms with an en-suite. The fitted wardrobes had shelves and drawers for smalls, t-shirts, swimwear etc. The hanging space had plenty of good quality wooden hangers. The en-suite has a sliding space saver door. The shower works well and we were never short of hot water. The other two bedrooms having fitted wardrobes with the same set up inside. We all found the beds to be very comfortable and we all slept well. The quality of the bedding and towels is very good. There is a washing machine which we used during our stay. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with just about everything you would need during your stay. There are an abundance of glasses, dishes, cups and cutlery as well as a dishwasher. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space and used all aspects of it. We enjoyed lunch seated outside and the outdoor kitchen and fridge freezer is very useful. We enjoyed evening drinks around the round table at night. There is ample outdoor space for sunbathing, lounging on the day beds and sitting reading in the sunshine. The grounds around the apartment are well maintained and it’s a very peaceful setting. Our daughter and her boyfriend enjoyed using the train most days to travel into Fuengirola. They are young and fit and walking down and uphill was not an issue for them. I preferred to travel by car as the hill is quite steep. Parking is on street parking with a short walk to the apartment. We really liked staying at this apartment as it was so comfortable and everyone in our group had their own space. We enjoyed the location for its convenience.
Negative: Our personal preference is for slightly firmer pillows although this didn’t affect our sleep at night. During our stay we did not locate sharp knives. We used the same large knife for cutting bread and sandwiches.
Summary: Beautiful, spacious and very comfortable apartment. We will definitely book again.
