Positive: The location was perfect. This house has games for everyone, space to walk around and enjoy the beach. This vacation home has everything like chairs for the beach and games outside as well. They have pool floaters and life vests for little ones. I really loved the idea that there were pantry items like oil, sugar, salt, seasonings. If you need anything the Kroger is right down the street and very easy to get to. The rules are also very reasonable and very simple and easy to respect. This is the best vacation home I’ve booked in a long time.
Negative: I think the showers need a little deep cleaning, when I opened the shower doors you can see brownish sludge. The dishes needed a little extra care, mainly the cooking utensils. I brought dish soap and a sponge because it’s not provided and I was able to clean the utensils before using them. The steps leading to the beach probably need some replacing, I understand that many people book here but it’s a safety concern.
Summary: I would book again, loved that the owners have thought of what their guests would need during their stay.
