5) 120 square foot patio with table, seating and gas grill (enjoy Dercum Mountain fireworks each Saturday during the ski season from the patio!)
6) Large, stocked kitchen with granite counters, 8 ft island, double oven and french door refrigerator with filtered water dispenser
7) Access to THE BEST AMENITIES at Keystone while being removed from the noise
More details about the space:
Living Room - In the Living Room one will find a large, wall mounted 60" 4K TV with blu-ray player and Xfinity X1 cable (with HBO, on-demand and Netflix), gas fireplace, sectional sofa and armchair. Listen to your favorite tunes on the Polk Audio bluetooth soundbar and sub. The tucked away murphy bed sleeps 2. There is also a twin air mattress available. Next to the entrance area is a full bathroom.
Kitchen - This fully equipped kitchen features large granite island and plenty of counter space to cook all your favorite meals while on vacation! Stocked with 2 coffee makers (Keurig and drip), french press, slow cooker, Instapot, toaster, blender and griddle as well as essential spices to make preparing meals easy.
Dining Area - Room for 7 people around the table. Three bar stools at the granite island.
Master Bedroom Suite - Comfortable king size bed is set away from the door. Ensuite bathroom features his/her sinks and granite counters, shower stall and separate toilet area. 50" smart TV hangs on the wall with Xfinity X1 cable.
Guest Bedroom Suite - Good size bedroom with queen bed (with twin bunk on top). 32" flatscreen TV, DVD player and Xfinity X1 cable provides entertainment. Attached full bathroom with jetted tub, his/her sinks and private toilet area.
Deck - Sliding doors lead to a 120 square foot deck with mountain views, plenty of chairs and table, and propane gas grill (no need to go down to pool area to bbq). Note: snow may build up on patio (it is the mountains!).
The Springs has the best pool area in River Run. The year-round heated pool features a water slide, zero-entry kiddy pool, waterfalls and 2 hot tubs (one family; one adult only).
In addition, you will have access to a play room, theater room, fire pit, shared grill, gym area, pool table and steam room. Shared laundry in the building. Detergent is provided in our unit.
The ski locker room exits within a 5-minute walk to the Gondola.
Underground heated garage parking for 1 vehicle is included with your stay.
The condo is professionally managed by a local management company, PMI Summit Colorado/Book by Owner. PMI will contact you with check-in / check-out logistics and will be available 24 hours a day to assist you if there are any problems during your stay.
With an easy 5 minute walk to the Gondola and River Run Village. Easy to stop back to the condo during the day and with children. No more loading up the car and trying to find a parking space at the lifts--leave your vehicle in the heated underground parking!
Note: there is a construction site between the building and the gondola. Our unit DOES NOT face the site like most condos at the Springs but guests may experience additional noise related to the development and must walk around the site to the gondola. The walk to River Run Village is also impacted.
