It's a simple 12-minute drive to downtown Asheville, and you're 5 minutes from other shopping and food. When you're relaxing with friends and family at the house, there is plenty of seating inside and out for everyone!

Unwind in the living room with comfy seating and abundant natural light. The large windows provide a view of the adjacent mountain ridge. You can also step out on the front porch for a closer look. While you're here, you may want to turn on a fire in the gas fireplace.
The living room is also open to the dining area and kitchen making it ideal for your large group of family and friends to gather together. The large wooden dining table easily seats 6. Then there is ample space and seating for 4 at the roomy kitchen island. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal or just enjoy a beverage.
