This waterfront retreat sits on canal water on a lot of pure luxury; where you can enjoy sunsets from your own private pool area or a terrace on the second floor with a fire pit. With 4,500 sq ft of space to entertain, you can enjoy privacy even with large families. Have a cookout at the outdoor grill while enjoying the pool and hot tub. Centrally located in the middle of the key, this provides for fighting the least amount of traffic - take a 3 minute golf cart ride to The Village or world famous Siesta Beach; drive/bike over the North bridge to key places like Southside Village, Selby Gardens, UTC and downtown…the opportunities are endless. Call The Toy Barn at 941-444-2828 to rent a 4 or 6 person lithium powered, street legal golf cart and cruise the island of Siesta the way that it was meant to be experienced. Also notable is a game room with pool and arcade tables, paddle boards and kayaks, as well as a luxury massage chair in the main floor living area - it doesn't get better than this!!
