- "Julia Child's kitchen"-- though small, well-appointed with all brand new appliances and items needed to cook and bake including a hand mixer!
-Private backyard with covered patio, propane BBQ grill and large pool.
-2 car garage and driveway for parking in addition to street parking
-Onsite washer and dryer in utility closet.
Bedrooms Downstairs:
Master Bedroom: Antique french king bed with new king Sealy memory foam mattress, two walk in closets, master in suite bathroom with tub/shower
Orange Bedroom: smaller bedroom with Restoration Hardware twin bed with new memory foam mattress with unique chest of drawers and large closet; attached to hall full bathroom with shower
Bedrooms Upstairs:
Rose Bedroom: Expansive bedroom features a large custom upholstered king bed with new Sealy memory for mattress, a twin bed to be used as a day bed or to accommodate another guest; also large wall closets and an additional closet.
Reading Room: smaller bedroom with a new Sealy memory foam queen bed and reading nook with upholstered green sitting chair; room has chest of drawers and two closets.
The two upstairs rooms share a fun hall bath which has two vanities and a tub/shower combo.
Guest access
You will have full run of the house and access to the two car garage (the single car garage on the west side of the house is over-flow storage)
Other things to note
We do everything in our power to make sure you have a wonderful stay including regular pest control. With that said—bugs are an inherent part of homes… especially Oklahoma homes. If you are afraid or unwilling to handle the occasional Oklahoma bug (alive or otherwise) checking out the home, please book a wonderful local hotel instead—they do not have lawns so your chances of a bug interaction will be much lower.
We use an exterior camera to show entry ways, walkways and parking. We have no interior cameras. A noise decibel device is in effect to ensure we are respectful of our neighbors and uphold local rules.
The pool works and is great for a group—plaster will be redone for the 2023 bookings!
