The South St. Vrain Creek runs through the property with a bridge and a fishing dock directly over the water for relaxing or fishing or enjoying the crisp mountain water. There is also a pond on the property and a fire-pit for barbecuing or just relaxing under the stars at night. There is a gas grill and a self-enclosed fire pit for deck usage.
