Mamas traveling with babies- we have a pack n' play and a high chair available here!
Based on NC laws and commissions, we are required to send a rental agreement for you to sign after booking with us.
We welcome your furry friends! There is a pet fee of $25 per night, per pet. If you’re unsure about bringing your pet at the time of booking, we can apply the charge once you’ve made your decision. If you know you’ll be bringing your pets, please include them in your reservation so that the fee will be automatically applied.

VERY IMPORTANT:
If you plan on using the house to have a party, sneak in extra guests, bring animals unannounced or other things that disregard the house rules, please read below:
No parties or events allowed. You will immediately lose your security deposit, be charged an additional $500 and will need to leave if this happens.
Examples:
Booking a stay with 3 people and then inviting over 10 additional people for a BBQ.
Booking a stay with 4 people but using the house to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc.
While we love animals we require a $25 per night pet fee for additional cleaning and wear and tear. Please let us know if you are bringing your pet at the time if booking. If undisclosed animals are brought there will be a $100 per night charge added to the stay. Dogs are never allowed in the hot tub. If there is pet hair found in the hot tub, there will be a $300 charge for our hot tub company to drain and refill.
