Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Large corner living room with open ceiling. Nice view, even low floor. Pretty quiet for a central location. A/C smelled fresh and seemed well maintained. Easy and early check in. Quick response by host (owner).
Negative: Progressive communication and somewhat avaricious attitude by host (owner). Questions about services were dismissed by "We are not a hotel!". Too many rules and obligations, penalties. Potential extra fees for a/c usage and 'designer' kitchen damage. Guests are asked to tiptoe through facility and not to interact with anyone. No intermediate service like cleaning, towel change etc. during 7-night-stay. Closet surfaces and mirrors need cleaning. CCTV monitors full aisle outside of the apartment. Hence, lack of privacy. I felt treated like an employee but paying off their apartment at the same time while ideally occupying the least space possible ("Let us know which bedroom you used!"). Paid 185 k for cleaning but needed to dump trash after separation outside at ground level myself - the icing on the cake.
